John B. Racicot
The focus of Mr. Racicot’s practice is insurance defense litigation, particularly complex and construction litigation.
Mr. Racicot is a graduate of Boston University (B.A, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and Boston College Law School (J.D.).
Mr. Racicot previously practiced at both private law firms and firms affiliated with insurers. Mr. Racicot joined American International Insurance Company, where he was promoted to Boston Office Managing Attorney and Regional Managing Attorney. Mr. Racicot handled or supervised a wide range of defense matters, including medical, legal, accounting and travel agent malpractice cases. He was responsible for supervising the defense of all professional liability cases and mass-marketing auto litigation nationwide.
Mr. Racicot is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts.
