The focus of Mr. Hourihan’s practice is insurance defense litigation and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Hourihan is a graduate of St. Michael’s College (B.A.) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.).
Mr. Hourihan previously practiced with the Boston firm of Pierce & Mandell, both as a law clerk while in law school and as an attorney after graduation, with a focus on civil litigation and guardianship matters.
Mr. Hourihan is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts.
