Michienzie & Sawin has an active bankruptcy practice, largely representing creditors’ interests. This work includes resolving creditors’ claims through both litigation and working with debtors’ counsel and the appropriate Trustee’s office, where applicable, to assure that creditors’ rights are adequately protected.
